My client is looking for a highly experienced candidate to fill the role of Senior Warranty Manager, with a strong focus on the automotive warranty field.

Automotive Warranty Experience:
My client is seeking someone with significant expertise in automotive warranty management, ideally with a "plug and play" candidate who can quickly adapt and contribute without needing much training or ramp-up time.

Tier 1 Supplier Experience:
The preference is for candidates with experience working for Tier 1 suppliers and especially those who supply mechatronic parts. Special emphasis on experience with headlamps/lighting systems as these parts are complex and likely require specialized warranty management.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Client Experience:
Ideal candidates should have handled warranty management for products delivered to major automotive manufacturers, particularly:
BMW
Jaguar Land Rover
Mercedes
Audi

These automakers likely have high standards for quality and customer service, so experience managing their expectations is highly valued.

Language Skills:
The role requires fluency in English, but German would be considered a plus, some communication may occur with German-speaking teams or clients (potentially German OEMs).
