We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Management Specialist to help our clients elevate their social media presence, engage with their audiences, and drive measurable results.

As a Social Media Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across multiple social platforms for various clients. You’ll work closely with our content, design, and strategy teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and drive impactful results. This role is ideal for a social media expert with a proven track record and a deep understanding of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and followers across channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Medium, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community for each client.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Run social media ads, where applicable, and manage budgets to maximize client ROI.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and work closely with team members.
- Self-starter with excellent time-management skills, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Experience in paid social advertising is a plus.
- Experience working with brands in niche markets or industries.
- Knowledge of SEO, copywriting, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
