please have a look at this exciting project, which requires a deep knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes:

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience: 5+ years in UX design, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc. - Familiarity with prototyping and testing tools.
- Logistics Expertise: In-depth understanding of logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, etc.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex logistics challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to present designs and ideas effectively to various stakeholders.

Optional Skills:

- Familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to design for data-heavy logistics dashboards.
- Experience with designing mobile-first solutions.
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
- Optional: create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of logistics workflows.


Short on-site activities possible by arrangement if the place of residence is in southern Germany

Main Task:

Translating logistics requirements into intuitive, effective, and efficient user interfaces that support business goals and user needs.

Further Tasks:

- Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with logistics requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user behavior and pain points specific to logistics applications.
- Conduct meetings with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate user-centric principles in the design of logistics systems.
- Keep up with the latest trends in UX design and logistics to ensure that the user experiences you create are cutting-edge and industry-relevant.
