For our client from the fashion industry we are searching for a Computational Design Specialist (Rhino & Grasshopper).A leading company in computational design is developing various computational and parametric design concepts for apparel and footwear. The goal of this project is the implementation of parametric design prototypes for both categories.

Language: English (fluent)

Tasks:
Prototype Development in Grasshopper:
- Create small prototypes for parametric design of apparel and footwear articles/components.

CAD Repair and Simplification in Rhino:
- Fix modeling errors (e.g., small gaps, intersecting surfaces, misoriented surfaces) to improve CAD geometry quality and usability for simulation.

CAD Simplification in Rhino:
- Remove minor geometric details irrelevant for simulation purposes.

Translation of Footwear CAD Models into Parametric Designs in Grasshopper:
- Remodel provided CAD files using parametric workflows in Grasshopper to enable grading (scaling and fit adjustments).

Must-Haves:
- Expertise in Rhino and Grasshopper for computational design.
- Proven experience in parametric modeling for apparel or footwear applications.
- Strong proficiency in CAD repair and simplification techniques.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions remotely.
