We are looking for an IT Project Manager - Data Integration and Governance (m/f/d).

The IT Project Manager will oversee technical implementation of the last phase of the

“Call Transcript Project”, which includes the strategic coordination of building data

connections between a Global Data Lake and Local Data Lake, as well as between the

Local Data Lake and an external tool. The role will require managing the in this stage

remaining open governance processes to ensure secure, compliant, and effective data

integration. The IT Project Manager will work closely with technical and non-technical

stakeholders (ETL-Developers, IT-Security, Business End-Users) within internal teams,

and external partners within internal teams, and external partners to drive successful

project execution within scope, time and budget constraints.


Responsibilities:
• DL2DL (Data-Lake to Data-Lake) Data Connection Coordination: Lead the

implementation and ongoing coordination of the transcript data pipeline

between Unite Data Lake and Local Data Lake, ensuring data flow matching

requirements
• Tool Integration Coordination: Manage the implementation of an external data

connection between Local Data Lake and a specified external tool (cloudbased)

for contact reason analysis, including handling data access, integration

requirements and delivery from other teams
• Governance Process Management: Oversee and execute remaining

governance processes to ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory

and security standards
• Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates to management
• Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze and mitigate potential risks associated with

data integration and governance
• After completed technical implementation, prepare and execute handover to business stakeholder who will start with functional implementation
