Solution Lead Architect - Data Center Automation & Security (m/f/d)

Your Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and leading solutions for data center automation, security, Microsoft technologies, vSAN, and on-premise cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, and related technologies.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX), CISSP, or similar are a plus.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Your Tasks
- Lead the design and implementation of IT solutions focusing on data center automation, security, Microsoft technologies, vSAN, and on-premise cloud.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored IT strategies and solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and management of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect client data and systems.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server.
- Implement and manage vSAN environments for optimized storage solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions into existing client environments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center management, automation, and cybersecurity.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
