- Good knowledge on Timing Constraints
- Ability to understand clock diagrams, clock relationship. timing exceptions, CDC constraints
- Hands on experience in developing block level constraints
- Scripting in Perl/TCL/Shell

Nice to have Skills:
- Hands on experience in analysis of Timing Lint reports from Genus/FC/Time Vision
- Hands on experience in Time vision tool and constraint validation
