Content:
- Our customer wants to move away from parts of their VMWare. Openstack is currently in focus as a possibility.
- Currently, a customer-internal/own cloud is running on prem and Openstack is intended to create more flexibility. Especially about CI/CD and Infrastructure as a code.

Project in two parts:
- Part 1: Consulting on the construction and architecture of an Openstack environment
- Part 2: Support in setting up / organizing the operation of the environment ("Day 2 Ops")

Background:
- In the internal cloud, a user can already order fully automated virtual machines and databases via a portal (ServiceNow).
- In the future, a CI/CD pipeline or infrastructure as code will be made possible in order to be able to offer "public cloud like" on-premise.
- The customer prefers a non-license variant of OpenStack (only support is paid): what would be our recommendations? What about the support

Tasks :
- Advice on the architectural design of an Openstack environment
- Advice on the question of which implementations and Openstack variants make
technical sense- Advice on architecture, construction and operation of the environment
- Build prototypes Please offer a remote hourly rate. Travel expenses will be billed separately if necessary.
