.Net Architect Service (remote/onsite, 12 months, ASAP)

 Service description:

The mission consists of:

The architect will support and guide the technical aspects of the applications within the portfolio.
The applications are complex and use WPF as the frontend technology.
The developers are highly experienced, so the main challenge for the architect is to support them in architectural decision-making and troubleshooting.
The Tech Lead will manage a team of Full Stack .NET developers working on microservices-based products.
The target is to migrate from Blazor/UWP/VueJS to Blazor.

The service consists of the following tasks:

Provide technical leadership and architectural support for complex applications

Work closely with experienced developers and assist in architectural decision-making

Lead Full Stack .NET teams working on microservices-based products

Oversee the migration from Blazor/UWP/VueJS to Blazor

Utilize modern technologies such as C#, SQL/MongoDB, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, Clean Architecture, NServiceBus ? Dapr

Make key technical decisions and align them with other Tech Leads and developers

Define and evolve the architecture vision

Support Product Owners (POs) with technical insights

Organize technical workshops and collaborative sessions with developers and architects

Manage priorities and handle emergencies efficiently

Continuously evaluate and explore new technologies



Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect

Strong expertise in C#, SQL/MongoDB, Microservices Architecture

Experience with Blazor or migrating from UWP/VueJS to Blazor

Knowledge of Clean Architecture, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, NServiceBus, Dapr

Ability to lead multiple development teams

Experience working in Scrum teams

Strong analytical skills to investigate technical issues

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience in technical alignment with other architects and developers

Capacity to challenge and validate technical choices

Structured problem-solving approach and proactive technology enhancement
