Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Write high-quality, efficient, and reusable code to develop back-end components and services.
- System Integration: Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Database Management: Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure applications are responsive and scalable.
- Security Implementation: Implement security measures to safeguard applications and data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, with a strong portfolio of Java-based applications.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
