The project focuses on analyzing and modeling the software architecture for embedded oven systems. It aims to evaluate the existing domain, including hardware, software, and business logic, for a model-based development approach. The goal is to create a concept that enhances efficiency and business value compared to traditional software development methods.
We are seeking a Software Architect to lead a model-based analysis and design approach for oven software architecture, with proficiency in tools like Polarion for requirements management, experience in embedded software development, and a strong understanding of hardware-software interaction using technologies such as EOX6021 and GOX8100.
Other required skills would be:
• Ability to interpret and document functional requirements for embedded systems
• Expertise in designing and modeling system architectures
• Familiarity with model-based development (MBD) approaches for system design
• Strong background in software development, especially in embedded environments
• Knowledge of oven business logic and how it can be applied to embedded software
• Experience with model-based software development processes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies for software development
Optional skills include:
• Ability to evaluate and articulate business value of different technical implementations
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
The main task of the project is to analyze and design a model-based software architecture for oven systems, evaluating the existing domain, functionality, and business logic to determine the most efficient implementation strategy.
Other responsibilities within the project include:
• Analysis of requirements (Polarion) and functionality (devices) of ovens based on EOX6021 and GOX8100
• Analysis and evaluation of the existing oven domain in terms of structure, interfaces, and technology
• Evaluation of the oven business logic regarding its potential for model-based development
• Development of a concept for a possible model-based implementation
• Elaboration of the business value in comparison to a software-based implementation
