2. Background to the Assignment:
Learning is a pivotal element in empowering our employees to excel in their roles. It is essential to support learning requests emerging from the Global Quality and Medicine functions. The objective is to craft comprehensive and captivating learning programs that are specifically designed Global Quality, Biopharmaceuticals and Medicine therapeutic areas. This initiative will utilize the knowledge of subject matter experts (SMEs) and functional trainers to generate engaging content and activities, thereby enriching the learning experience for this focused group. The aim is to provide these learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties, thereby contributing to enhanced patient outcomes and advancing the priorities in Global Quality and Medicine.
3. Concrete, Detailed Description of Services:
Development of Learning Concepts and Storyboards to Support Global Quality and Medicine Learning Demands
Engagement with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Interaction with SMEs and functional experts to collect insights, knowledge, and requirements.
Organization of sessions to create captivating learning activities.
Content Development: Verification that the content is accurate, current, and pertinent to the US market and therapeutic areas.
Define Learning Programs & Assessments:
Needs Assessment: Execution of comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint specific learning needs.
Objective Setting: Establishment of explicit and quantifiable training objectives for each learning module.
Learning Journeys: Construction of detailed learning journeys that integrate contemporary and engaging design principles along with adult learning theories.
Assessment Tools: Creation of various assessment tools, such as quizzes, simulations, and case studies.
Effectiveness Measures: Application of strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and knowledge retention aligned with the learning objectives.
Utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors and BI University (Degreed) as learning platforms.
Lead Project:
Analysis of feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify and apply improvements.
Management of projects to deliver according to schedules.
Generation of Proposals for suitable learning solutions that meet the learning objectives with effectiveness measures.
Engagement with suppliers to guarantee the development and delivery of learning materials according to Boehringer Ingelheim standards and project plans.
Innovative Learning Solutions:
Discovery and application of cutting-edge learning systems and tools, as well as external or "off-the-shelf" training materials, to further refine the learning strategy, satisfy customer needs, and provide focused learning solutions.
