We are currently looking for a marketing expert for an exciting project with our client.
General conditions:
+ part time (50%)
+ 100% remote
Your tasks include:
+ Manage & optimize Creative IQ and other influencer marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration with internal systems (CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms).
+ Develop automation for influencer workflows, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve efficiency.
+ Analyze influencer marketing data to generate insights, create performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
+ Work with APIs to connect influencer marketing platforms with internal tech stacks (e.g., CRM, Power BI, Tableau).
+ Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, data privacy regulations) in influencer marketing.
Influencer & Digital Marketing Strategy Support
+ Evaluate influencer metrics (engagement, reach, authenticity, conversion rates) and align them with business KPIs.
+ Support paid influencer campaigns by ensuring smooth data tracking and measurement of ROI.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance influencer strategy using AI-driven insights (e.g., sentiment analysis, engagement prediction).
+ Monitor fraud & risk management (detect fake followers, engagement manipulation).
Collaboration & Project Management
+ Act as the primary IT partner for the influencer marketing team, translating business needs into tech-driven solutions.
+ Work cross-functionally with IT, digital marketing, legal, and compliance teams to improve influencer marketing effectiveness.
+ Manage multiple projects related to influencer tech innovation and data integration.
Requirements:
MUST:
+ Fluent english
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Technology, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or IT-related fields.
+ 3-5+ years of experience in MarTech, Influencer Marketing Tech, or Data Analytics roles.
+ Experience working in FMCG, Retail, or Beauty industries is a plus.
+ Tools: CreatorIQ, Brand24, Analytics (Google Analytics, Power BI), API knowledge, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot),
Technical & Data Skills
+ Experience with Creative IQ or similar influencer marketing tools (CreatorIQ, Traackr, AspireIQ).
+ Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard tools (Power BI - prefered, Google Analytics, Tableau).
+ Familiarity with API integrations and data automation workflows.
+ Understanding of AI & machine learning applications in influencer marketing.
+ Background in data privacy & compliance (GDPR, data security in marketing).
Digital Marketing & Influencer Expertise
+ Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and influencer KPIs.
+ Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and social commerce strategies.
+ Familiarity with influencer fraud detection tools and brand safety measures.
Soft Skills & Collaboration
+ Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate across IT, marketing, and compliance teams.
+ Ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into the technical language
+ Project management experience in MarTech or digital transformation initiatives.
